At her seven-year-old grandson Leo’s birthday party, Eleanor handed him an empty cardboard box in front of all his friends, claiming children today needed to learn gratitude.
Instead of crying or throwing a tantrum, Leo calmly pushed the box back to his grandmother and told her she might need it when she is old and alone.
