The Epstein Case Isn’t Dead—And Alan Dershowitz Just Broke His Silence

For years, the Epstein scandal has been shrouded in secrecy—sealed testimonies, redacted files, and half-truths. But the case refuses to fade, and now, the man who once represented Jeffrey Epstein is speaking out.

In a resurfaced interview with Sean Spicer, renowned attorney Alan Dershowitz claimed he knows who’s on Epstein’s secret client list—and why those names remain hidden. According to Dershowitz, a judge’s confidentiality order prevents disclosure, part of what he alleges is a coordinated effort to shield the powerful, not protect the victims.

“It’s about protecting reputations, not seeking justice,” Dershowitz said, implying that many names on the list belong to elite individuals with much to lose.

Adding to the controversy, the Biden administration recently walked back its promise to fully declassify Epstein-related files. The Department of Justice issued a vague memo saying there’s “nothing more to see.”

Critics aren’t buying it. The decision has reignited outrage from transparency advocates who argue the American public deserves the truth—especially if powerful figures have been involved in criminal conduct.

Dershowitz himself has faced allegations related to the Epstein saga, which he denies. But his recent statements suggest even more disturbing layers to a case that already shook global elites.

The resurfaced interview has sparked renewed calls for a full, independent investigation into Epstein’s network, clients, and enablers—something many believe was never truly pursued.

Until then, the Epstein case remains a grim symbol of how influence can bend justice—and how far some will go to keep the truth buried.
